The technical congress of the 2019 CIEE Jovem Pan intercollegiate cup, which marked the opening of team registrations for the tournament, was held at the CIEE theater, in São Paulo, and was attended by the player Vampeta, who is the official ambassador of the cup. The intercollegial cup is a tournament created to encourage schools that want to promote the practice of futsal among young students in Brazil.
