In the month of June, our virtual reality and augmented reality action, in the EDP Nas Escolas project, went through schools, Itaawa'ak (Aldeias São Benedito/Ximari/Kururuzinho/Tukumã/Barro Vermelho), EM Waro Bachempo (Aldeia Teles Pires) , IN Santa Izabel (Aldeia Papagaio), IN Bom Futuro (Aldeias Bom Futuro/Ariramba), IN Mayrowi (Aldeia Mayrowi), IN Getúlio Vargas (São Benedito and Mandacaru plots).
The Kayabi, Munduruku and Apiaka ethnicities were those impacted by the project. These villages are partners of the São Manoel plant, which operates on the Teles Pires River, where EDP is one of the partners and has a strong social responsibility towards the native peoples of the Amazon. For us, it is always an enriching experience to work with young talents, bringing high technology to places excluded from this access.
